Where we deliver

This store serves the United Kingdom, including Northern Ireland, and the Republic of Ireland. Enter your full delivery address at checkout to confirm that delivery is available.

Standard delivery charges

We calculate the £39.90 threshold after discounts, excluding delivery charges. These rates are in pounds sterling (GBP). You will see the currency and full total at checkout before paying. If your payment provider converts the payment to another currency, its exchange rate and fees may apply. Free UK delivery does not apply to the Republic of Ireland.

Preparation and delivery times

Allow 1–3 working days for preparation, followed by 5–12 working days in transit after dispatch. The estimated total is 6–15 working days for both the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland.

Our order cutoff is 13:00 UK and Irish local time (14:00 Paris time), Monday to Friday. Orders placed after the cutoff, at weekends or on public holidays begin processing on the next working day.

Working days are Monday to Friday, excluding relevant public holidays. Delivery estimates are not guaranteed arrival dates. If we know an order will be delayed, we will explain the delay and the available options.

Where orders are dispatched from

Orders are prepared and dispatched from Shenzhen, China by our logistics partner. Final delivery is made by a tracked carrier selected for the destination. Our company address is not a UK or Irish dispatch warehouse.

Taxes and import charges

Product prices include the taxes that apply to your purchase. Any delivery charge is shown separately before you pay. We cover import VAT, customs duties and carrier clearance charges for orders delivered to the United Kingdom and the Republic of Ireland, so there are no import charges to pay on receipt. If a carrier asks you to pay an import charge, contact us with the notice so we can resolve it.

Tracking your parcel

When your order is dispatched, we send tracking details to the email address used at checkout. Tracking can take time to update after the first carrier scan. Use our order tracking page, or contact us if your tracking link is missing or does not update.

Address changes and failed delivery

Check your address carefully before ordering. Contact us promptly if you need to correct it; changes may no longer be possible once dispatch has started. If a parcel cannot be delivered, we will discuss the available options. We will explain any extra delivery charge and ask you to agree before arranging it. Your consumer rights still apply.

Late, lost or damaged deliveries

If your order has not arrived within the stated estimate, email us so we can investigate. We remain responsible until you, or someone you choose, receive the parcel. If you independently hire a carrier that we did not offer, responsibility passes to you when we hand the parcel to that carrier. A tracking status alone does not remove that responsibility.

If we miss an agreed delivery deadline, you can give us a reasonable extra period to deliver. If we miss that too, you can cancel for a refund. You can cancel immediately if we refuse to deliver, or if delivery by the agreed date was essential and you told us before ordering or this was clear from the circumstances. If no delivery time was agreed, we normally have 30 days to deliver. These rights still apply while we investigate with the carrier.
